These terms describe how docs9 works when you order document preparation, legalization, or related support for visa, remote-work, or golden-visa applications. By placing an order, you accept what is written here, so it is worth reading the page in full before you start.

We provide preparation and support services. We are not a consulate, immigration authority, or decision-making body, and we do not act on their behalf.

Fees and payment

Fees are confirmed before we start. Your case manager will tell you what your case involves and confirm the applicable fees and timelines before any work begins. You approve the scope first; only then do we proceed.

Government fees, courier charges, and third-party costs are set by the issuing institutions and may change without notice. If an authority updates its requirements mid-case, your case manager will inform you and confirm any change to the scope before continuing.

Timelines

Processing times depend on the authorities involved — consulates, ministries, notaries, and courier services. We give you realistic estimates based on typical practice, but we cannot control how fast an institution works. Delays on their side are outside our responsibility, and we will keep you updated if your case is affected.

What we do and do not guarantee

We prepare your documents carefully and follow the requirements that apply to your case. However, we do not guarantee visa approval. The decision is made solely by the consulate or immigration authority reviewing your application. No service, including ours, can promise a positive outcome.

What you can rely on is accurate preparation, clear communication, and honest guidance about what each authority usually expects.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide truthful information and genuine documents. Submitting false or forged documents is illegal and terminates our cooperation immediately, without refund. You are also responsible for meeting deadlines on your side — for example, providing requested scans or signatures promptly.

Changes and questions

These terms may be updated as our services or authority requirements evolve. The version published on this page applies to your order. If anything here is unclear, ask your case manager before confirming your order — we would rather explain twice than have you agree to something you did not understand.
